This is my family history page initially covering my Haigh and Routh ancestry. At present, families included are: Haigh, Crookes, Darwent, Wood, Routh, Durham, Bell and Moore .

The Haigh's are the ancestors of Charles Haigh, shown above, are found in farming in West Yorkshire, particularly Penistone, Gunthwaite, Ingbirchworth, Denby, Hepworth and Bradfield. They are specically found at Carr Head Farm, Top Gunthwaite Farm and Gunthwaite Gate Farm

The Routh's are the ancestors of Catherine Routh, also shown above, the wife of Charles Haigh. The Routh's came to Dry Hill Farm in Denby from Hawes in North Yorkshire. Earlier generations are found in that area, including Aysgarth, Gayle and Thornton Rust.
